TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Arrival dates are usually Saturday but we can be flexible at off-peak times, as we own and run the accommodation personally – the answer is, if you want a specific start day, please book early and we will do our best to suit you.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00  for a weekly booking must be made to confirm the reservation.  No booking is binding until confirmed in writing with the deposit.  Balance of payment must be paid 1 month before arrival.  Sorry, we do not take credit cards.
The cottage will be available by 4.00 p.m. (or earlier if we can arrange it).  It must be vacated by 10.00 a.m., on the day of departure.

Last minute and short stays will be payable in full on booking.

Availability – If, for any reason beyond our control the property is not available for the dates of your holiday, all rent will be refunded in full and the hirer shall then have no further claim against the owner.

If, in the opinion of the owner, any person is deemed not suitable to continue their occupation of the property, the contract may be discharged and the owner may repossess the property immediately. The hirer will remain liable for the whole cost of the hire and no refund will be given.

The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number on the booking form.

Breakages/damages must be paid for, and the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

The owner can take no responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property.  Parents of children are responsible for their safety at all times.

All bedlinen is provided and beds will be made up prior to arrival.  Towels are not provided but can be hired for a small charge.

Electric and heating are included in the price.

The Cowshed and its surroundings are completely NON_SMOKING.  NO PETS are allowed with the exception of guide dogs.

CANCELLATION:
Please inform us immediately (by e-mail and in writing) if you have to cancel your booking.  If we are able to re-let the cottage for the same period, your money will be repaid less the £100.00 deposit.  If we are unable to re-let the cottage, you will be liable for the full rent.

Bookings by persons under 18 years are not accepted.
