Slightly sloping paved path to front door. Entrance hall leading to:

Lounge - Leather three-piece suite, coffee table, flat screen HD TV, video, DVD player, touch lamps, fitted carpet leading to:

Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils/ crockery you could need. Full inventory available so you know what not to pack! Electric hob with extractor hood, fitted oven /grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment.

Dining area - over looks the garden and patio.

Stable Door - leading to patio with lawned area and seating for that early morning cup of coffee in the sun!

Bedroom 1 - pine double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe, and fitted carpets. En-suite shower room with washbasin, light and shaver point, toilet and disabled handrail, radiator and tiled floor.

Bedroom 2 - two single pine beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp and clothes rail and fitted carpet. En-suite shower room with electric power shower, washbasin, light and shaver point, toilet and radiator, and tiled floor.

Prices include central heating, electricity and bed linen.

Towels can be supplied at £5.00 per person.

Sorry but we cannot accommodate pets, except for assistance dogs. The cottage and its surroundings are strictly non - smoking.
